External Calls Report

Report Purpose

To produce a detailed list, OR summary style report for each call that a particular external number has some involvement in.
With Call Details enabled, each call is displayed in a table, listing timestamps, duration and from/to numbers.
With total Summary enabled, a single line will provide the total number of Incoming/Outgoing calls, as well as the total duration across these calls.

Required Input (Report Subject)

• An exact search number is required as the subject of this report.
  Multiple numbers can be entered via comma separation. Eg. 0412345678,0386091799 will provide results for both 0412345678 and 0386091799
• Call direction can then be selected as "Incoming", "Outgoing", or "Both" (default is "Both").
• Display can then be selected as "Call Details", or "Total Summary" (default is "Call Details").

Optional Input (Available Filters)

• Trunk Filter - Apply a trunk filter to display only calls made through the specified trunks.
• Restrict Times - Only include calls made or received within a specified time range.

Output Data

When Call Details is selected; Data for this report is output in the form of a table comprising of;

• Date/Time - Date and time of the associated call.
  
• Duration - Duration of the call in hours: minutes: and seconds (h:m:s).
  
• Direction - Direction of the call in terms of the external number (Incoming/Outgoing).
  
• Calling - Caller ID of the party placing the call.
  
• Called - Number the caller was attempting to reach.

When Total Summary is selected; Data for this report is output in the form of a table comprising of;

• Number - The display number associated with the stats.
• Direction - Direction of the call in terms of the extension (Incoming/Outgoing).
• Duration - Cumulative time spent on associated calls over the reporting period.
• Total Calls - Total number of external calls associated with this external number over the reporting period.
