Report Purpose
To provide a utilization chart showing the number of concurrent calls in progress across all selected trunks during the reporting period.
Required Input (Report Subject)
- Trunk Filter - Defaults to “All Trunks.” Apply a trunk filter to display only calls made through the specified trunks.
- Graph By - How to display the data (and how many charts to show).
- "Total Calls" (default) will show a single chart with concurrent usage across all trunks.
- "Call Direction" will show two charts, one for Incoming concurrent usage and one for Outgoing concurrent usage.
- "Trunk Used" will show the concurrent usage per trunk. If multiple SIP trunks are configured on the system, this will show you the utilization per trunk across each service/provider.
Optional Input (Available Filters)
- Trunk Type Selection - Allows the selection of trunk mediums based on the types configured in the system.
- System Selection - Defaults to “All Systems.” For customers with multiple systems, the output can be restricted to a specific system.
Output Data
The web interface displays a step chart showing the number of concurrent trunks in use at any given time.
Data exported to PDF will display a similarly styled step chart across the reporting period.
Data exported to CSV or XLSX will only show the date/time of a change in the number of trunks consumed and the reported number of concurrent calls at that time.
