Extension Key Stats Report

Report Purpose

To show the total number of incoming and outgoing calls across a range of extensions and the duration spent on calls.

Users configured with multiple devices (Eg. A desk phone and a softphone) are reported as a combined summary of calls across all their devices.

Required Input (Report Subject)

• An extension grouping must be selected as the subject of this report.
• “All Extensions” is the default selection option, however any configured “Extension Filter” may be applied.

Optional Input (Available Filters)

• Trunk Filter - Restricts the report to calls made via specific trunks, useful for external call statistics.
• Restrict Times - Only include calls made or received within a specified time range.

Output Data

Data for this report is output in the form of a table comprising of;

• Name - The display name associated with the individual or extension.
• Total Outgoing Calls - Total number of external outbound calls made from a device associated with this user/extension over the reporting period.
• Total Outgoing Duration - Cumulative time spent on outgoing calls over the reporting period.
• Total Incoming Calls - Total number of external incoming calls handled by a device associated with this user/extension over the reporting period.
• Total Incoming Duration - Cumulative time spent on incoming calls over the reporting period.
