Report Purpose
To provide a utilization chart showing the number of concurrent voicemail ports in use during the reporting period.
Required Input (Report Subject)
- System Selection - Defaults to “All Systems.” For customers with multiple systems, the output can be restricted to a specific system.
Optional Input (Available Filters)
- Voicemail Filter - Displays only calls using the voicemail ports specified in the filter.
Output Data
The web interface displays a step chart showing the number of concurrent voicemails in use at any given time.
Data exported to PDF will display a similarly styled step chart across the reporting period.
Data exported to CSV or XLSX will only show the date/time of a change in the number of voicemail ports consumed and the reported number of voicemail ports in use at that time.
