Report Purpose
To provide a snapshot-style overview of call statistics across entire systems within a specified period.
Required Input (Report Subject)
- System Selection - Defaults to “All Systems.” For customers with multiple systems, the output can be restricted to a specific system.
Output Data
Data for this report is output in the form of a table comprising of;
- System: The name of the associated system.
- Incoming Calls: Total number of external incoming calls received.
- Answered Calls: Total number of incoming calls reported as answered in their first interaction with the system.
Abandoned Calls: Total number of incoming calls reported as unanswered in their first interaction with the system.
Voicemail: Total number of incoming calls routed to voicemail in their first interaction with the system.
- Outgoing Calls: Total number of external outgoing calls made.
- Incoming Time: Total duration of all incoming calls.
- Outgoing Time: Total duration of all outgoing calls.
