System DNIS Report

Report Purpose


To provide a listing of your externally advertised numbers that have received calls on your system.


It helps in confirming available incoming numbers that are free for new starters. Additionally, it helps track customer call patterns, especially when multiple numbers direct calls to the same group or extension.


Required Input (Report Subject)


  • Trunk Filter - Defaults to “All Trunks.” Apply a trunk filter to display only calls made through the specified trunks.


Optional Input (Available Filters)


  • System Selection - Defaults to “All Systems.” For customers with multiple systems, the output can be restricted to a specific system.


Output Data


Data for this report is output in the form of a table comprising of;


  • DNIS Number - The incoming dialled number as reported by the system. (Also known as DDI / DID)
  • Total Calls - Total number of calls to this DNIS number.
  • First Call - The Date/Time of the first call to the listed DNIS number over the specified reporting period.
  • Last Call - The Date/Time of the last call to the listed DNIS number over the specified reporting period.
