Report Purpose
To provide a quick ratio of inbound to outbound calls across system trunks.
Required Input (Report Subject)
- Trunk Filter - Defaults to “All Trunks.” Apply a trunk filter to display only calls made through the specified trunks.
Optional Input (Available Filters)
- System Selection - Defaults to “All Systems.” For customers with multiple systems, the output can be restricted to a specific system.
Output Data
Within the web interface, the data for this report is output in the form of a bar chart showing the number of 'Inbound' and 'Outbound' calls per trunk.
- Trunk - Descriptive name of the trunk as defined in the configuration.
- Inbound - Number of inbound calls over this trunk in the defined period.
- Outbound - Number of outbound calls over this trunk in the defined period.
Data exported to PDF will show a bar chart and a table showing each trunk and the number of inbound and outbound calls associated.
Data exported to CSV or XLSX will only show each trunk’s descriptive name as well as the number of inbound and outbound calls per trunk.
