Report Purpose
To provide a snapshot-style overview of call statistics across entire systems over a given period broken down per day/ day of the week/ week/month.
Required Input (Report Subject)
System Selection - Defaults to “All Systems.” For customers with multiple systems, the output can be restricted to a specific system.
A period grouping option must also be selected as Day, Day of the Week, Week*, or Month
Output Data
Data for this report is output in the form of a table comprising of;
- System: The name of the associated system.
- Interval Period - Each Day, Day of the Week, Week*, or Month for the period. **
- Incoming Calls: Total number of external incoming calls received.
- Answered Calls: Total number of incoming calls reported as answered in their first interaction with the system.
- Abandoned Calls: Total number of incoming calls reported as unanswered in their first interaction with the system.
- Voicemail: Total number of incoming calls routed to voicemail in their first interaction with the system.
- Outgoing Calls: Total number of external outgoing calls made.
- Incoming Time: Total duration of all incoming calls.
- Outgoing Time: Total duration of all outgoing calls.
* Weeks are classified as Sunday to Saturday.
** Each period will be displayed in a separate row.
Eg. If a report is run from July 1st to July 10th and “Day” is selected as the period grouping there would be a 10 rows per system in that period, however if “week” was selected, there would be 2 rows per system for the two weeks in that period.
