Selected Stats Widget

Modified on Fri, 7 Mar at 4:25 PM

The Selected Stats Widget offers a straightforward way to highlight key metrics by presenting them as clear, easily readable numbers. Users can customize the text sizes and the metrics they wish to see. Configurable thresholds also allow values to be coloured to help quickly distinguish between optimal, cautionary, and critical levels.

This widget is ideal for monitoring essential data at a glance and drawing attention to trends that may require action.

When adding or editing a this widget, the following information will be required;

Time Period - The period in which the dashboard will show data for (standard for all widgets).

Text Size - Small, Medium or Large.

Report Type - The type of report the displayed metrics will be sourced from.

Filter - Depending on the chosen report, selection of an Extension, Group, or Filter may be required.

Attributes and Thresholds - The metrics to be displayed and the (optional) configured colour thresholds against the values.

Attributes and Thresholds

To display an attribute within the widget, simply toggle the switcher beside the attribute name.

In the example above, Total Calls, Answered Calls, Abandoned Calls and Average Answer Time are all enabled, as shown in the widget example at top of screen.

By default, the text will be displayed in the standard colour for the theme configured on your profile (generally black)

To configure coloured thresholds against the metrics, enable the "Thresholds" option under the activated metric.

In the example above, this is enabled for all options except for Average Answer Time, which will always display the default text colour regardless of the value of the metric.

In the other three options, we can see that the Thresholds are configured. These can be configured as;

Green as low, Red as high (might be used in the case of abandoned calls, where lower is better)

Red as low, Green as high (might be used in the case of answered percentage, where higher is better)

In either cases, the Yellow threshold must always sit between Green and Red values on a numeric scale.

Whichever threshold is lowest (green or red) will be the starting point for that metric, which will change at the configured threshold for the next colout, with anything lower displaying in default text (black).

For example, the Total calls above is configured as  Green = 50, Yellow = 20, Red = 10.

This means anything from 0-9 is black (default text) 10-19 is Red, and 20-49 is Yellow and 50+ is Green.

As the value is 57 in the first screenshot, this is displayed in Green.

Subsequently, the Answered calls is showing in Yellow, as the value is 33 and the Yellow range is configured as 20-39.

Thresholds on answer times or talk times are based on the number of seconds, so to configure a threshold of 2min 30sec (displayed as 02:30) would be 150 in the configuration panel. Percentages as based on the numeric value of the percentage.
