To access the Callation interface, simply visit:



New users will be greeted with the following login prompt.




You will be presented with following login options:


  • Standard Login: Sign in using your email and password.
  • Google Single Sign-on (SSO): Use your Google account to authenticate.
  • Microsoft Single Sign-on (SSO): Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.


Note: Authentication methods are managed by your organisation’s administrator and may be disabled without prior notice.


A couple of things to remember:

  • The username is always an email address
  • You can reset password by;
    • Using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
    • An administrator level user in your organisation.
    • Contacting your reseller.
    • Contacting the Callation support team directly.
  • If MFA is enabled and you lose access to your authentication tokens, it can be disabled by your reseller or the Callation support team.
  • System-based MFA is exclusively compatible with standard logins; single sign-on methods use their own MFA solutions.
