PowerBI Template (Example)

Please note, this is a demonstration and not an officially supported integration.

1. Power BI Template: Download the example Power BI template that demonstrates how the APIs can be used for data retrieval and visualization within Power BI.
   
   

2. Instructions for Use:

   a. Accessing Parameters: - Open the downloaded Power BI template file in Power BI Desktop. - Navigate to the 'Parameters' area within Power BI to modify default values.
   
   The parameters section is pre-populated with a demo username and password in the example, and is using the group-time-summary report.
   Any of these items can be updated and the data refreshed as required. There is also a CallationParameters field that can be used to parse any additional values as required for the specific report being run, such as group numbers, filters etc.
   
   b. Using API Data: - Explore the dataset and visualizations embedded in the template. - The template showcases how our APIs can be integrated into Power BI for data retrieval and analysis.
   
   
   

3. Important Note:

   • This Power BI template serves as an example to illustrate the integration of our APIs with BI tools.
   • It is not an officially supported integration and may require customization to suit your specific requirements.
     
     

4. Customization and Integration:

   • Modify the API endpoints, parameters, or visuals within Power BI as needed for your use case.
   • To incorporate live data from our APIs, update the credentials and required report parameters to suit your needs.
