For security reasons, you can enable and disable multi-factor authentication for your account. Simply, click on your email address displayed at the top right corner and select “MFA Settings”, from the options shown.
We use Google Authenticator to provide multi-factor authentication.
If MFA is not enabled on your account, you will see a toggle button “MFA Status”, from there MFA can be enabled. A Google Authentication QR code is presented on the screen. Get the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device and scan the code, enter the current token in the prompt and MFA will be activated.
Deactivating MFA would also require you to enter the current token after you have toggled the status button off.
If the Google Authenticator application is not accessible on your mobile device for various reasons, you will need to submit a support ticket requesting that MFA be disabled, after identity verification.
