Navigation and Menu Structure

At the top left of the interface, you will find a modern, retractable menu. 


To access the menu from any page, click the button that slides the menu out from the right.




We will explore each section of the menu in detail throughout this guide, but here’s a quick overview:


  • Search: Navigate to the call search page to find specific calls based on search criteria.
  • Dashboards: Access live custom dashboards.
  • Reports: A container for available reports. Clicking expands the folder to display individual reports.
  • Configuration: (Admin Only) A container for configuration settings, such as users, groups, trunks, and filters.
  • Scheduler: Access the scheduled reports area.
  • Alerts: Navigate to the alert configuration section.
  • Collectors: View collector information.
  • Announcements: Display platform-related announcements.
  • Help/Support: Access the knowledge base and support portal




At the top right of the interface, your login email address is displayed. Clicking on it reveals additional options:




  • Edit Profile: Modify account details, such as password, timezone, and theme (colour scheme).
  • MFA Settings: Enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Google Authenticator.
  • Logout: Log out of the portal.


When selecting Edit Profile, a popup will appear allowing you to update your password, timezone, and interface theme.



CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD

To change your password:


  1. Enter the new password twice.
  2. Click the blue "Save" button.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.


TIMEZONE

Adjust your timezone here to display call date/time information, schedule report delivery, and show alert timings based on your local time.


THEME

You can customize the interface’s colour scheme by selecting a "Theme." Available options include:


  • Original
  • Dark
  • Vibrant
  • Dusk


Select the theme that best suits your preferences.
