Extension Utilization Report

Report Purpose

To provide a utilization chart with the number of concurrent trunk calls in progress, across all selected extensions during the reporting period.

Required Input (Report Subject)

• Select the desired grouping of extensions for this report.
• The default option is "All Extensions", but you can apply any preconfigured “Extension Filter” to narrow the scope.

Optional Input (Available Filters)

Trunk Filter - Apply a trunk filter to display only calls made through the specified trunks.

Output Data

• Web Interface
  • The report is presented as a step chart that tracks the number of concurrent trunk calls across extensions over time.
• Export Formats
  • Data exported to PDF will display a similarly styled step chart across the reporting period.
  • Data exported to CSV or XLSX will only show the date/time of a change in the number of active trunks and the corresponding number of concurrent calls at each point.
