Extension All Calls Report

Report Purpose


To provide a detailed, itemised overview of all calls, both incoming and outgoing, made by an individual user within the system, including the status of each call.


For users with multiple devices (e.g., a desk phone and a softphone), the report consolidates all external calls made across any associated device.


Required Input (Report Subject)


  • Select a user, extension, or extension range to serve as the subject of the report.
  • Use the Extension or Extension Range field to define the report’s scope.
  • Selecting an extension or extension filter will include all numbers linked to the chosen extension or all extensions within the selected filter.


Optional Input (Available Filters)


Restrict Times - Only include calls made or received within a specific time range.


Output Data


Data for this report is output in the form of a table comprising of;


  • Date/Time - Date and time of the associated call.
  • Duration - Duration of the call in hours: minutes: and seconds (h:m:s).
  • Direction - Direction of the call in terms of the extension (Incoming/Outgoing/Internal).
  • Call Status - Status of the call per below:
    • Answered - Call was answered.
    • Unanswered - Call was unanswered.
  • Calling - Caller ID of the party placing the call.
  • Called - Number the caller was attempting to reach.
  • Answered By - If the call was an answered or intercepted incoming call this will show the name or number of the answering party.
