Report Purpose

This report generates a cradle-to-grave analysis of every call involving the selected group(s). It provides a detailed timeline of each event in a call’s lifecycle, presented in a tabular format. Blank lines are added between individual calls to clearly separate them for better readability.

Required Input (Report Subject)

  • Select a specific group or range of groups as the subject of the report.
  • In the next field, selecting a group or group filter will include all calls to the individual group or all groups associated with the group filter.

Optional Input (Available Filters)

  • Trunk Filter - Restricts the report to calls made via specific trunks for external call statistics.
  • Include Internal -  Toggle to include internal calls in the totals (they are excluded by default). Unchecking the box will exclude them again.
  • Restrict Times - Only include calls made or received within a specified time range.
