Report Purpose
To provide an interval-based breakdown of calls presented to a group number. Eg. a 15/30/60 minute statistical breakdown over the reported period.
Required Input (Report Subject)
- Select the group number to be analysed.
- Choose the reporting interval: (15/30/60 minutes, Day, Week, Month, Day of Week).
Optional Input (Available Filters)
- Trunk Filter - Include only calls made via specific trunks for external call statistics.
- Include Internal - Toggle to include internal calls in the totals (they are excluded by default). Unchecking the box will exclude them again.
- Restrict Times - Only include calls made or received between the to and from times.
Output Data
Data for this report is output in the form of a table comprising of;
- Time Interval - The start date/time for the associated interval block.
- Total Calls- Total number of calls offered to this group over the reporting period.
- Answered - Total number of calls answered at this group.
- Voicemail - Total number of calls directed to this group that went to voicemail.
- Abandoned - Total number of calls abandoned at this group.
- Overflowed - Total number of calls overflowed away from this group.
- Average Answer Time - Average ring time before a call is answered.
- Average Talk Time - Average talk time for an answered call.
- Average Time to Abandon - Average time to abandon for abandoned calls.
- Percentage Answered - Percentage of offered calls that were answered here (rounded).
Note: Intervals prior to the first call and after the last call will not be displayed.
