Report Purpose
To highlight the top 10 longest incoming and outgoing calls based on total call duration during the reporting period.
Required Input (Report Subject)
- An extension group must be selected as the subject for this report.
- The default selection is "All Extensions," however any configured “Extension Filter” can also be applied.
Optional Input (Available Filters)
- Trunk Filter - Restricts the report to calls made via specific trunks, useful for external call statistics.
Output Data
Data for this report is output in the form of the table comprising of;
Top 10 Longest Incoming Calls;
Date/Time - Date and time of the associated call.
Source - Incoming caller ID of the associated call.
Destination - Destination number of the associated incoming call.
Length - Total call length in hours: minutes: and seconds (h:m:s).
Top 10 Longest Outgoing Calls;
Date/Time - Date and time of the associated call.
Source - Extension number of the caller that placed the outbound call.
Destination - Outbound number dialed for the associated call.
Length - Total call length in hours: minutes: and seconds (h:m:s).
*Note: This report will show the top 10 results in the incoming and outgoing categories.
